Personal Resilience

The ability to bounce back and be resilient for some people is being tested more than ever with lock down, social distancing and working from home.

With the uncertainty of whatever the future may hold, strengthening and deepening one’s resilience can be the difference that makes a big difference going forward.

This workshop will allow participants to focus on the key ingredients of resilience and identify key take-aways to help.

Participants Will:

  • Explore the key ingredients of personal resilience and why they are so important
  • Identify which of the pillars are currently working for them and which they can consciously work on
  • Recognise why taking personal responsibility is so empowering
