Bite Sized Learning

Bite sized learning has become increasingly relevant to learning & development professionals as they plan their delivery strategies.

Bite Sized Learning

Bite-sized learning benefits

The way in which we as individuals consume information has changed radically over the last few years.

As a society, we are becoming more adept at receiving short bursts of information, which can be packaged in text, audio, video or a combination of all.

The Benefits:

→ Focuses on the transfer of knowledge
→ Addresses ‘How to’ rather than ‘Why do’
→ Highly scalable
→ Content is quick to create and fast to deploy
→ Organisations can react instantly to evolving needs

Bite Sized Learning is all about getting maximum results from minimal input. Minimal input of content from the provider, and minimal input of time from the learner.

It works extremely well for learning programmes that are closely interrelated with the day-to-day work processes. It’s also very effective for situations where the learners are time-poor.

Typical bite-sized learning day

A typical Bite-Size Learning day, on a client site, will be split into 3 or more learning sessions. These can either be the same session delivered multiple times to different audiences or 1 audience receiving a variety of targeted learning.

This approach also has the flexibility to provide a combination of the two.

Bite-Sized Learning can also be provided through our mobile compatible eLearning platform Skillbites, which has a resource library of over 1400 bite-sized learning modules.

In addition, we can create bespoke content for you or give you the ability to create your own content, through our easy content creation suite.

Another method would be to engage our Podcast creation team.

There are just so many ways that Bite Sized Learning can be created and accessed, why not talk to us about how we could support your organisational development needs.
