We were engaged by our client Tata Chemicals Europe (TCE) to support them in developing the leadership capabilities of their most talented and promising people from across many areas and locations of their business.

We were approached by South East Water, following a Tender process, to work with them on the design, development and delivery of a programme of events related to Customer Service Skills.

The first part of the project was for us to support the training manager who had been tasked with creating a management / leadership competence framework which was successfully completed.

This project was designed to support the development needs of the Managing Consultants and Senior Consultants who are responsible for the Heat recruitment team based out of the Bristol office.

The Programme was an opportunity for NHS managers to embark on a programme of leadership learning that will have long lasting benefits for the individual, their present organisation and the NHS as a whole.

The University identified a need to develop improved levels of service for its customers and commissioned Progress International Limited to develop a bespoke blended learning senior manager’s programme.
